Oxidative stress and related inflammatory disorders have been increasingly implicated in tissue degradation, impaired recovery from injury, a deteriorated state of health and accelerated aging. One of the most prone to oxidative damage is the muscle tissue. Accumulated free radicals due to exercise and muscle micro-trauma can overwhelm the muscle’s antioxidant defenses, resulting in tissue and tendon inflammation and potentially oxidative damage to muscle fibers. When inflammation in the muscle becomes chronic, it may lead to muscle atrophy, loss of strength, loss of durability, muscle aging and development of myopathy (muscle disease).

Ingredients

Shilajit (asphaltum punjabianum) – indicated as a panacea for body healing and rejuvenation, shilajit has been known for its powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, muscle & tissue restoring properties. What makes shilajit so unique is its unmatched nutrient content which include fulvic acid, humic acid, hippuric acid and benzo flavons, all of which now become major subjects of interest by contemporary botanical medicine. Shilajit has been used traditionally in Asian, Middle Eastern and Ayurvedic medicine as body tonic for muscle and tissue healing, blood sugar balancing, neuro protection, virility enhancement and performance boost.

Amla C (emblica officinalis) – vitamin C complex as naturally occurs in amla berries, along with bioflavonoids (hesperidin, rutin, quercitin), tannins and ellagic acid – all of which are known for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-cancerous, detoxifying properties. Ashwagandha – called the ‘ginseng’ of Ayurvedic medicine, Ashwagandha is an adaptogen herb known for its energy-boosting, performance enhancing and immuno strengthening properties. The root extract has been widely used to restore male libido, cure impotence and increase fertility.
