I thought I would send you an e-mail. I have been following various diet plans over the past couple of years with varying degrees of success. I began your plan about 7 weeks ago. I must say, the results are astounding.
In these short few weeks I have gone from a waist size of 36" to almost 34". At this rate I will need to buy a new wardrobe! I am very active (martial arts 3x per week, weight lifting 2-3x per week), so perhaps my results are more dramatic than someone who follows a more average, less active life style.
