anti estrogenic supplements

Hi there

I would love to order the estro-x. But cannot afford it at this point, especially since I live in New Zealand so pay alot for freight. I have found a health shop who have liquid extracts of chamomile and also passionflower. Just wondering what I ask for ie What strength, what ratio and how many drops I take. etc

Just checked with the shop and they are not standardised but in an extract of 1:2.
