Hello,
I am about to start the AED, and wanted to know if there are some things I should watch out for, so as not to undermine my efforts on the diet.  I am not done with the book, and haven't read WD in a bit, but I feel as though I remember I have heard that products such as moisturizers, sunscreens, etc. can have estrogenic effects on the body.  Not sure what else I need to look out for, or current products I need to replace, but should I look into some kind of natural toothpaste, deodorant, soap, etc.?  Thanks for any suggestions.
