Any women out there find it's easier to eat absolutely nothing until the one evening meal?  I find I am much more energetic and NOT hungry if I eat nothing -- no snacks -- and just drink water, coffee and tea throughout the day.

I also see from other questions that people should adapt the diet to accomodate particular food sensitivities.  For me, dairy -- even unpasteurized sheep or goat cheese -- means bloat, tiredness etc.  Dairy does not do my body good.  I also do not see why dairy -- a source of naturally occuring estrogen is so prominently featured on an anti-estrogen diet.I am allergic to eggs and therefore  I am sticking to organic, grass-fed meat plus fish and limited organic chicken.

I think it depends on alot of things, but I cannot go thru a day without eating something small(2 eggs, 1/2 chicken breast-2oz, or a Tigers mIlk bar). My energy, as you stated, is so much higher during the day and at night for that matter if I minimize food intake during the day.

Like Mark, I find it better for myself if I eat something small during the day.  I typically eat a grapefruit mid-morning to close to noon.  I'll eat something small in the afternoon as well - carrots, berries, eggs, chicken breast, warrior meal replacement, yogurt, cottage cheese, or something along those lines.  I'll also drink water and/or green tea throughout the day.  If I don't eat a little something during the day, I find myself wanting to snack when I get home from work before working out and I prefer to work out on an empty stomach.  This way of eating / living suits my body perfectly.

I am with you warrior chick. I find it better to not eat at all during the day, but this is not the WD per say. But I say go with whatever works for you. I also am finding out that even raw dairy bothers me to. I keep trying it because of how much Ori pushes its health benefits. Oh well.

keep lean warrior chick!
