Sorry for two questions in such quick succession.  Embarrassed

I find the best time to workout (for myself at least) is in the morning.  I know there are disadvantages to working out at this time in the day, I just feel that it is best as far as time management is concerned.

So, how much protein should a skinny tall guy consume after (or before) a before-breakfast workout?   Huh

Working out in the morning on an empty stomach is fine on the Warrior Diet.

There's a wealth of information on our sites on recovery meals. Do a search on "recovery meals" here to find more reading: http://www.defensenutrition.com/search
