Have just been learning about Warrior Diet and Eat Right for Your Type Diet. Seems to me the two could compliment one another. By using your Blood type then following the Warrior Diet. What do you think? Undecided

My personal opinion is that the "Eat Right For your Type" diet is a bunch of bunk but there are people who are sold on it and who say they have been helped. To be honest, I've never serioulsy looked into it. There may be something to it so don't be offended by my opinion. If you think it looks good, there's no reason you couldn't eat those foods in a Warrior Diet setting. If you do it, please let us know how it's turning out. I would really love to know how it works.

A great deal of professionals agree with Charles, but I come from a HUGE family all type O and they follow a typical American diet with lots of wheat, corn, coffee, ketchup, mustard (etc.) all foods tpye O shoid avoid and all have every problem that is mentioned that type Os have. I feel my best when I follow both diets together.  It makes a great deal of sense to me. AND the book is reccomending very healthy food choices. I think they do compliment each other.

i was wondering about this myself. Actually I don't think they  compliment each other at all. If you are an O type there is no whey or dairy products in your diet whatsoever. also the blood type diet does not recommend any dairy for almost any blood type . In my opinion, the blood type diet info is a bunch of dog doo! Warrior Whey and Milk is agreat product and Ori is right on with this. Wink

I think that D'Adamo has some kernels of truth in his book, but I don't think that he's got it all right by any means.  I certainly don't think it'll hurt you to practice WD in tandem with the other diet.  If it works well for you, that's great, but I think you'll find that the AEDiet would suit you much better than D'Adamo's diet.
