This question was probably already asked, but it still confuses me, thus I will ask it once more.

I would like to know whether the CFT e-book is the same as the cft section in the New Revised Warrior Diet Book. I am asking this because I already have the revised warrior diet book and I am also thinking of buying the CFT e-book. That is why I would like to make sure that i will not buy a thing that I already have.  Smiley

Thank you for your answers...

Best regards,
Tadej

I haven't yet purchased the new edition of the WD, but the original has a pretty extensive section on CFT. By the way, type in Ori Hofmekler on youtube and you will find a couple-of-minutes clip about CFT featuring ori.

I wish i could be of more help.

Yes, the CFT e-guide is in the new Warrior Diet book.  Some still want the CFT only, so I've left it for purchase.  The workout video, hopefully will be available before too long.  We'll make an announcement when it's done.

I bought the ebook.  It is the same as the cft section in the book.  The advantage is that when you buy the super muscle workout ebook, you get the cft ebook for free.
