Great interview and interesting concepts .
I'm still slightly confused as to what is acceptable during exercise to consume as I usually have an electolyte drink such as SWF which also has luceine,Fractionated rice oligodextrin, palatinose and d-glucose.
I understand we don't want these carbs post workout but are they ok during workout and if not, what would you recommend to drink during intense training like heavy weights and or sprint training.
Can't wait to get my organic warrior whey for pre and post.

For super intense training pre-exercise carbs such as berries or natural dextrin sources are fine.
