I just got some of this stuff and was wondering how some of you guys are using it?  Is it best incorporated within your first recovery meal after exercise, at night, or a day after a hard workout for maximum effect on healthy hormone lvls?

i asked this questions along time ago nobody really said for sure when or what its for. i love it, it tastes great i have been using it with my main meal or with post recovery. i like to chew on it. have a glass of water handy.

Ha, ha, ok.  I am going to do the same thing.  Maybe some post-workout or with dinner.
