Yesterday i recalled an interview with Ori and someone from testosterone net. Whe discussing the under-eating phase of the WD, Ori suggested taking a few grams of tyronsine first thing in the morning, along with a few grams of L-glutamine. He suggested that it would be useful to take glutamine every few hours while undereating. Does Ori currently do this? If so, does he take glutamine powder or tablet form?
