I am lucky I am able to get a good source of raw milk which I make into yogurt or kefir. I dont know the fat % but it is really creamy. Is it ok for during the day for undereating or would it be too high in fat.

*** High fat foods are better used at night. Nonetheless, in small amounts (8 oz / serving) you can use it on an empty stomach.

I would like to know the answer to this as well. I think the protein and fat levels of raw milk depends on when it was milked, but I'm not sure. I was thinking to use raw milk as recovery meals, but I would like know from the experts if that would be good or not. And in that case, how much would be enough per recovery meal.

*** Whole, raw milk is not fast assimilating. For best results use fast assimilating protein such as quality whey protein.
