Charles:

Thanks for taking the time to review the books. Having already purchased, and read, the three it is nice to hear another's opinion and experience. Having tried various applications of the Warrior Diet, it was good to see my mistakes (particularly during the undereating phase) were not solely my own.

In addition, I wanted to thank you for your protein powder review (also on YouTube). Having tried to apply the Warrior Diet to a vegan lifestyle has made protein powder a necessity. Your insight is appreciated, in particular your reference to the use of gums in protein powder.

Having tried the flavored varieties of Warrior Blend, I was hoping the 'Natural' variety wouldn't produce the same negative results. As you indicated, the 'gum blend' was the culprit, as it is the only different ingredient (besides flavoring).

Good luck with your nutrition and exercise program and enjoy the holidays.
