Having recently finished Mr. Hofmekler's new book, I intend to apply a number of the principles described.

Over the past few years, Mr. Hofmekler has been kind enough to provide me with a number of training and nutritional recommendations. It is nice to see these again, along with the reasoning behind them.

Of course, I will wait to see (and record) the results before any endorsements.

I am really wanting to get this book. I have all of Ori's other books. Is it worth it? I think I want to put a litle more muscle on my frame.

As indicated, I'd like to apply some of the principles explained, before endorsing the book.

Exercise and nutritional strategies for muscle gain are in the book. If you've read the other books, and listened to Ori Hofmekler's interviews, some of the information will be familiar. Of course, some of the material is new (to me).

The format of the book presents each topic, and its application, briefly. Of course, I would have preferred a greater depth in some areas, but the Warrior Diet text has the same issues.

If you, or anyone else, applies the methods described, I'd be interested in your progress.

Be well
