Hi everyone, esp to Ori and Rick,

It has been just over 4 years since I've logged on. What a shocker  Shocked Life and kids getting in the way gave me a suitable excuse for a detour.

I owe a huge, huge thank you to Ori and Rick. You guys were my lifeline to help me understand how my body works, and what I need to do. To work with it, not against it. It has taken time, but finally without having to pay another personal trainer, I did lose my extra weight, its crept back on again but slowly and surely its been coming off. I know what my portions are, and how much work is required to keep things off....I truly couldn't have done it without you guys. And now that I see your book is published, well, congratulations!

This is so, so surreal! I came back on after seeing Rick's name come up in a facebook search, that is just a coincidence no one could plan for - so I thought I'd come back online just to thank you, even when you guys sent me a msg to ask me where I'd gotten to and I for whatever reason, never responded. Ok, so you guys might be thinking who the hell is this woman...that's ok too Smiley But I remember alot of questions on my part, and there was much confusion to which you gave you so much clarity Smiley

I might be popping back and forward just to see how things have changed, and to keep updated of the new changes Smiley
