Just curious if anyone would like to offer any observations on the Food Log threads over the month of February kept here.

I always find these educational.

I find the food log to be very interesting.  I hope that everyone will continue to post their daily intake.  When I first read the Warrior Diet books and experimented with the diet, this is exactly what I was looking for and needed to see.

One thing that the logs do for me is clarify how other people interpret the undereating and overeating phase.  I came away from the book with the impression that one could eat tons of food in the evening, but it doesn't seem to me that people are eating much more - in volume - than a traditional dinner.  Also I notice that some eat quite a lot during the day while others are nearly fasting completely.

Ryan,

I just want to clarify that I do not consider myself to be undereating at all at this point.  I decided to try a multi-meal approach while adhering to AED principles.  However, my dinner is still proportional larger than my other meals.  I am going to keep this multi-meal approach for a while longer.  I have not gained any extra weight coming off of under/overeating cycles...I am actually around 194 right now.  I was closer to 200 at the beginning of the month.  I think this is because I had been on the Warrior Diet for so long and the change to a multi-meal approach accelerated fat loss.  I am considering going back to Warrior Diet when it warms back up.
