Hunter, I'd be the size of a house if I ate that much! May I ask how old you are, and your approximate height and weight?

I'm 23, 6' 2'', and about 200 lbs, long arms, long legs and a pretty large frame. Yeah, it really is a lot, but I am just trying something new. Before this month, I had been limiting myself to a true undereating phase (usually no more than 1 warrior bar or a handful of nuts or seeds, maybe some goji berries or a glass of fresh-squeezed juice)...I was feeling very deprived, so I am gonna see what this multi-meal, higher cal approach does for me.

7:30 2x 4oz Flounder Fillets, 2 TBSP hummus, steamed veggies (green beans, broccoli, garlic), small salad (greens, tomatoes, olives, 1/2 avocado)...put olive oil and sesame seeds on everything on the plate, 1x fucothin

Hunter ~ do you feel the fucothin is working for you? Just curious as to the claims made by the company. My husband just bought it to try as well.

Well, the company claims that it usually takes 6 weeks to see a significant thermogenic response. I haven't been taking it for 6 weeks, but I will let you know when I get there. I am actually taking it more to prevent stubborn fat gain (and for the benefits of the seaweed). and possibly lean down a little bit for grappling.
