I just came off of a 36 hour virus that was predominately fever.  How should one eat during a head cold, bronchitis, flu with fever or for that matter a stomach virus?  I want to be better prepared to stimulate my immune system in any future onset of ilness.  This time of year I may not be the only one thinking about this, especially other health care workers.

Thanks in advance,
 Andy

Trust your instincts.  There are times when you just don't feel like eating, so don't.  It needn't be more complicated than that.

I like hot broths / soups when I get a cold.
