I am interested in the meal replacement shake (was really looking for a premixed one for my husband who works out of town all week and doesn't like to have to mix). What do you mix it with? Juice, milk, water?

I like to just mix it with a very small amount of water so that it has a frosting consistency, or even dryer to have a dough like consistency the you can chew. I put just enough water to cover the bottom of a cup (maybe 2mm deep) and then add about 4 or 5 heaping tablespoons of it. Usually, I'll end up having a second serving because it's so good.

I know Ori likes to blend it with ice to eat it like an ice cream. Others mix it with milk and/or blend in fresh fruit like berries or banana. Never heard of anyone blending it with juice, though...I don't think that would taste good.

Some people even eat it dry and let the powder dissolve in their mouth. Mixing it with a very small amount of water to create a dough-like consistency to chew on will prevent you from accidentally inhaling the powder  Shocked, which happened to me once when trying the powder straight up.

Maybe the Warrior Bars will be a better option for your husband, as they're easy to travel with.
