Deer antler velvet

I know Ori speaks alot about IGF in maxium muscle minium fat. He suggests using colstrum or milk products containing IGF in the recovery window to aid in recovery and growth.
How does Ori feel about deer antler velvet as a source of IGF after workout?
Also if you consume IGF containing foods after a workout dosen't it suppress your own IGF because it adds to the circulating amount in a blood which turns our own production off via negative feedback loop?
Shouldn't we take IGF containing foods during the times that our bodies do not produces IGF like in the morning? Just a thought.
looking forward to an answer. Thanks

I have no idea about that one. I'll have to forward your question on to Ori for answer and get back with you.

Here's Ori's reply to your question:
"There isn’t a known negative feed back mechanism for IGF’s. IGF’s production isn’t the muscle increases during exercise, these growth factors are mediators (agents) of growth hormone. I would stay away from flesh derived IGF’s. Having quality diary in the AM hours is ok but the only time you need food naturally high in IGF’s is after exercise."

Ori
