I've just started on the warrior diet and workout. I'm not sure if this is a stupid question but with the Core exercises (UDP), is this only done with the exercise that is outline in the e-book (i.e. clean and press + lateral raises) or can other exercises be substituted but still use the same format? Or does that core exercise remain constant while the variation lies in the pre/post fatigue and other exercises that are added to a workout unit? Thanks
