I am on day 2 of the warrior diet and so far I love it! I have been eating a "clean diet" for about 2 years now so transitioning has not been too bad for me. It is weird not eating in the morning but for the first time in a long time I jumped out of bed with tons of energy this morning.

I was wondering if anyone else had trouble eating so much food when just starting out. I have been eating 4 meals of 200-300 calories through the day and about 400 at dinner for so long now I feel like i am stuffed after a salad, veggies and grilled chicken. I have been tracking my calories just to see if I am eating enough and I have been coming in around 1100. Is that enough for beginners?
