I have read The Anti-estrogenic Diet and am currently reading The Warrior Diet.  My only question is in regards to the "Overeating Phase."  I've seen the book block it off as fours hours.  I'm a bit confused.  It is supposed to be one big meal, correct?  Or, are you allowed to eat multiple times within the fours hours?  I have read posts from other people talking about extending the "Overeating Phase", which would lead me to believe in eating multiple meals.  Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on your goals , some of us need more calories to keep gaining muscle so we extend the overeating phase to get in more calories as it is hard to do it in four hours. If all you want to to is maintain or lose weight keep the four hour window. Splitting your meals is ok and even encouraged in WD.

Thanks for replying!  I only ask because it seems that an hour or two after my one "main meal" I am getting hungry again.  I eat as much as possible for the one meal, but with what I'm eating, I know it's not much over 1000 calories.  It just doesn't seem right, especially with what is talked about in the Warrior Diet.  And again, why is the length of the "Overeating Phase" four hours if you only have one "big meal"?  Doesn't seem practical to eat for four hours straight.  Any other insight?

Calories count no matter what eating plan your on. I'm currently starting my meals at noon and finishing at 7:00. I'm doing 3-4 days of just vegetables as carbs and then I'll have a carb day where i'll pretty much chow down (pancakes are a favorite of mine). These paleo-eating plans that I'm reading about I might give them a try within the parameters of the warrior diet. Don't get stuck thinking you have to adhere to one type of plan or set schedule , find what works best for you , try new things , live life.
