Hey, (maybe this is the better topic)

first i´m german so pls understand my low niveau english Wink. Okay :

Since 3 month i´m living after warrior diet. ATM i´m reading "Maximums muscle, minimum fat" and want to optimate my nutrition.

13:30 : Exercise
15:00 : Recovery Meal -> 20g Whey,10g Casein, 20g Oats, 5g Malto
17:00 : 10g Whey
19:00 - 22:00 : Overeating

Infos :
22 Years, male, 178cm, 73kg

Extra Questions :

1. On non-exercise days are there any "recovery meals" in the undereating phase ?
2. What´s with recovery meals after cardio ?
