Is the CFT ebook ever going to be available as a print book? I dislike ebooks with a passion. My internet connection is slow and it would take a long time to download, then I would have to print it out to make it useful for me. I'd love to get one if it comes out in print version.

Charles...I came up with an idea about ebooks and wanting a print copy when it isn't available...cuz I like print copies too...so download the ebook, then email the file to your local copy store...they'll print it out and spiral bind it for you - I like spiral because then the book lays flat.  True it will cost a bit more that way but at least you'll have a print copy.  I have another book I wanted as a print - it's 180 pages long and my local copy store will print and bind it for $15.00.  Saves your paper and ink plus your time.   Grin

Good idea. However, I live in a small rural community and that option would not be available here. The other problem would be the download. It would take hours to download it on my computer that is assuming the connection would stay put for that long. When I get a new computer and high speed internet, I could then download ebooks. When that happens, I'll look for someplace that I could email it to and print like you said. I do like that idea.

I do hope the DVD is out soon; the e-book was very informative but a bit all over the map as far as the practicals go.

The purpose of the e-book was to give lots of options of different exercises to do.  As for the DVD, we'll be mailing a preliminary version to Ori this week for approval.  Hopefully, it'll be done soon.  Unfortunately, with all the busyness, it's taking a bit longer than I had hoped.

I will say this: I tried some of the exercises in the e-book this morning (tried being the operative word)... WOW.  I really thought I was in good shape prior to this.  Surprise!  Even an hour of P90X didn't kick my bum this way.  I am really looking forward to growing with this workout, and ditching my namby-pamby video collection  Wink  Most programs out there (infomercial city - my weakness) are made for the sedentary population.  Very few routines/systems challenge the body that is already in decent shape.  I have eaten my words this morning, and am forever grateful to have found this site.  I can't wait for the DVD.  As a single mother, full time employee, and volunteer with the Fire Rescue Department I take comfort in knowing I will no longer be wasting my time with mindless reps, and can more effectively run safety drills with my team.  Thank you!!!

Thanks "Spirit" for making that post.  Yeah, I've seen one too many muscle bound "studs" get whipped pretty bad by CFT.  It's not for the fainthearted, yet can be used by 80 year olds as well as 20 year old whippersnappers.  Even a three minute workout using the technique can yield tremendous results.

On a side note, my puppy does NOT particularly enjoy when I do the towel swipes.

What Spirit does:

*swish, swish, swish*

What Ranger hears:

"Attack that crazy cloth thing that's trying to repeatedly harm my owner!!!!"
