I noticed too that there are not many posts about exercise.  I'm not an expert by any means and I hate exercise as much as the next person...but it's not that bad everyone!!!  I had started working out just 20-40 mins 4 or 5 times a week before I started this diet and just doing that made me feel so much better and motivated me even more to start and stick to this diet.  You will be so proud of yourself after even a short workout that it makes it all worth it.  My personal suggestion is workout videos because then you know what kind of workout your getting and how long it will take and there is an instructor that shows you exactly what to do and gives you encouragement........and you can do it whenever you want at home!!!

Exercise is definitely great.  The human body needs movement.  I crave movement and flow like I do food.

There are some simple, quick and effective exercises in the CFT e-book that would really enhance the effect of the AEDiet and the Warrior Diet.  Something as simple as shaking a towel.  You can see a quick overview on the page below.  There's a video clip there you can watch.
