hi everone,
I am still waiting for my books warroir diet and the other one. i live in the uk so they will most probably take about 6 months.  you may all think this is strange but for quite a while now my breakfasts have consisted of tuna, olive oil and rice cakes with goats butter, what can i have for breakfast instead, grains of any type do not leave me satisfied, i can not tolerate gluten and smoothies leave me bloated. any suggestions.

Hi Helen, the Warrior Diet way is to skip the normal notion of breakfast altogether and to undereat during the day. During the morning, you don't really need to eat anything. If you must, try try snacking on just a piece of fruit, a boiled egg or some plain yogurt, spreading them out throughout the morning.

Also, please read through the information listed on the www.warriordiet.com to get you started.

Good luck!
