Ori, in the WD book, talks about the benifits of supplementing with L-Glutamine during the undereating phase.

My questions are: Is there a non-synthetic glutamine product? How can I tell? Anybody have any recommendations? Moderator, can you ask Ori?

Thanks...

Moderator, can you please ask Ori about this? I'd like to get some supplements soon but have no idea what to buy...

Thanks.

I'll send him your question and post the answer back here when I get it.  Sorry for the delay.  We've just been really busy as of late.

Here's Ori's response for you:

As I wrote in the newly revised “WD” book glutamine and glutamic acid are abundantly found in food and in our protein products. Unless you’re on a low protein diet, supplementation is unnecessary.

Regards,

Ori
