I believe I may have asked this before, but I need a refresher.  When I am on a "high fat day" is it O.K. to have carbs such as grains or fruit w/ post workout recovery meals?  Basically, should all recovery meals, regardless of whether it is a detox, high fat, or reintro day include a little bit of carbs?

Yes, it's fine to do that.  There's plenty of time between your workouts and your main meal, so all is well.
