Would Slimfast be alright instead of  Estro-X, until I can get some?
I do not have the book yet, just the magazine article and it says to have a protein shake with whey and it doesn't specify Estro-X.

Slimfast is not an adequate replacement for EstroX.  I would not recommend that at all.  This diet is about applying good, natural supplements and foods for the diet.  Slimfast does not qualify.  Furthermore, EstroX is a natural estrogen inhibitor (the caps).  The EstroX Shake contains estrogen inhibitors as well as protein for a meal replacement.

The Magazine article recommends Myoplex Lite. Would this qualify?

Unfortunately, even with all of the exact and I mean EXACT direction that I gave Woman's World for that article, as well as Ori, they took some lilberties - Why, I don't know.  The recommendation of Myoplex was a huge liberty.  So, no, I do not recommend it either, although I'm not really familiar with it's ingredients as of late.  I did use it years ago when I did Body for Life and know that at that time it did have chemicals in it.  If it's still the same, I would suggest staying away from it.  We have some great product here if you're looking for good protein supplementation.

Thank you for your reply.  Is there any other inaccurate information in the magazine that you recall? Such as the foods listed. This is so I can stay on the program until I get the book.  Thanks

As far as I saw the Myoplex Lite was the only piece that seemed out of line. I was a little surprised to see that myself. I know that product if full of chemicals. Ori's Warrior Milk and Estro X are of a very high quality and would recommend their use.
