I need to know the supplements dosages as well
I went through the 20 or so news letters in response to Jadentime509.
This was a daunting task and I am hoping not to get the same type of answer

I found the dosage for Magnesium, Calcium and Chrysin ONLY. Huh

I still need the dosage for Milk Thistle, Chamomile,& Amla C, Dandelion root, Shilajit, & Probiotics.
I bought in extract form the chamomile & dandelion root.
In capsule form, bought the milk thistle, calcium and a pill called probiotics.
I could not find Amla C but could find organic rosehip C.
Any opinions on that type of C?

I am too far invested to "afford" the supplements sold,
and was hoping that someone could just tell me the amounts?

Thanks

I usually drink both dandelion root and chamomile tea for my intake, I never have worried about any specific dosage. I find joy in knowing that any intake is a positive step forward, which I have found as one of the biggest comforts from eating this way - that there is no need to count specifics of any nutrients. Just the information itself with some good ol' trial and error.

For example, my first time drinking the dandelion root tea, i steeped 2 bags than just downed it and than next thing i know i had 3 bowel movements...Not to say that i did not feel wonderful after words! My body probably had some built up toxins...

I just love the knowledge i have acquired and find even more love through sharing it with others. Whether or not they take it in.

The Amla C is a supplement that we sell,  you can read about it on the product page, linked below:

Is there a recommended dosage for green tea?  I'm just curious, since I don't know if I'm drinking enough to get the full benefit of the antioxidants.

I'm currently trying a new  colon cleanser  (http://www.dualactioncleansenow.com) and I feel great.

Drinking green tea is beneficial by itself, therefore there is no need to worry about drinking a specific amount of it.

I agree Nick.  Just drink it and delight yourself as often as possible.
