Estro-X
«

I've been thinking about ordering some Estro-X. I've been on the Warrior Diet for a year and recently started w/ the Anti-Estrogenic Diet. I will definitely have to say that I feel more cleansed after the first two phases of the AE diet, but I have not gotten any estro-x yet. I have been using chamomile teas and consuming the other Anti-Estrogenic foods. Is the Estro-X supplementation absolutely necessary?

Thanks for your question! EstroX is not absolutely necessary to have success with The Anti-Estrogenic Diet, however it will definitely enhance the results. Quite honestly, we feel so strongly about the supplement, that we all take it, as we feel that it helps to detoxify the body and defend against estrogen related issues by helping the body metabolize excess estrogens and chemicals that we come in contact with on a daily basis, whether through food, water or the environment. Unfortunately, in a world that is so polluted with chemicals, pesticides, hormones, etc. it's just difficult to cover all of your bases. EstroX helps do that like no other natural supplement.
I hope this answers your question. I'm confident that you're much leaner and healthier after following Warrior Diet and The Anti-Estrogenic Diet. If you only follow the diet, you're much better off than you were before.

So, basically, this is a supplement that you would recommend that someone take for the rest of his life? Or is it one to cycle?

Good question. We don't want anyone to feel like they need to be dependent on our supplements for life (although that would be good for business), but EstroX does help to metabolize excess estrogens in the body. We've seen the proof in many people already that this is the case. Unfortunately, we live in world that is bombarded by toxins and chemicals in foods, water, meat, dairy and the environment. EstroX simply helps your body naturally handle it. The diet will greatly minimize the problem, but the supplement just enhances the process by providing the body with the missing nutrients to do so. So, to answer your question, once you get your body/liver as healthy as possible, you probably don't need EstroX so much, although I have no plans on stopping my usage. There's a lot of research out there that states that these excess estrogens in the body cause a host of illnesses, including weight gain and cancer in both men and women. I see using EstroX as way of protecting myself.

So if you're taking the Estro-X, does that eliminate the need to take the Pro-biotics, Magnesium, Potassium, Amla, etc., as recommended in the book. I looked at it on-line, but it wasn't clear to me if this replaced the need for all of those, or if it was something to take in addition to that recommended in the book.

No, actually the EstroX is several estrogen inhibiting herbs combined together for maximum benefit to the body. Probiotics, magnesium, potassium, Vitamin C are all separate. Sorry for the confusion.
