I am female and have just ordered the warrior diet and the other one (forgot name eostrgin somthing or other) I am on  A quest for super health and fitness, havnt exercised for years but am sick of fealing like shit, tired, with periods from hell. I do not want to lose weight maybe increase my muscle tone. I have a few food allergies wheat and diary so already follow a low carb diet ( with lots of chocolate and strong tea I am english so i love my tea. please can some one guide me on which diet to try on  my quest for super health. thankyou

My advice - Read the Warrior Diet book first to understand the importance of the Eating Cycle, etc.  Then read the AEDiet book and follow it for the best health.
