Hi everybody! I'm feeling so much better already, one week on the anti-estrogenic diet "by the book" so to speak, and lost 6lbs. Weight loss is ave. 1/2lb a day now, I am doing phase I for another week, as I have so far to go. I couldn't find this info anywhere that was really clear, so, I'd like to know if the warrior bar can be used for a meal replacement or snack during phase I and/or II on the anti-estrogenic diet. I get the two diets a little mixed up sometimes from the posts. Thanks so much! Betsy  Smiley
