Yet another question for Ori, I hate to bother him myself so if you can help out MOD much appreciation.

During my undereating phase during the day my hands are ice cold and cant see any veins in my hands even after I snack on fruit for lunch. As soon as I start to eat my main meal around 6 pm my hands warm up, and my veins vasodilate. I begin to feel a pump in my body.

How can I keep my hands warm during the day and veins dilated during the undereating phase? And is this normal?

thank you!

Chico, you may be overdoing the "undereating" during the day.  When I don't eat enough during the day, the same thing happens to me, so I would suggest to check that.  I don't think there's any harm though.

thanks for the reply. I am thinking of adding some home made juice during the undereating phase. maybe carrot/ginger or something juiced for breakfast. then maybe fruit for lunch.

anyone have any good juicing combinations?

Well, I haven't run this by Ori yet, but I put a whole lemon (peel and all) and juice it with tomatoes, celery and carrots.  I think it tastes pretty fantastic personally.

sounds good, I just made a parsley, carrot, ginger, celery juice this morning and it gave me tons of energy and tastes amazing. I try to avoid nightshade veggies like tomatoes, I think they effect me in weird ways.

so far so good with the juice during the undereating phase(day 2), hands were still abit cold. So far since being on the WD/AED I have went from 230lbs to 170lbs in 6 months. Now I am trying to get my muscle mass up without clogging my system full of protein.

I just ordered some more rice powder and warrior colostrum to use during the undereating phase. MOD do you know if Ori agrees with any of Vinve Gironda's nutritonal advice?

I would assume Ori does not believe in many of Vince Gironda's advice such as restricting salt, carbs and food combinations. I personally however agree with lots of them, especially "meat and eggs"  Grin

I have no clue as to who Vince Gironda is. I'll guess I'll google him as time allows.
