Can you please answer a couple questions?

How long should the Milk Thistle be taken and what time of day is best? When do I stop taking it?  After phase 3?

Should I wait until Phase 2 to start the flax oil, or can it be started in Phase 1?  And, when do I stop taking it?  What time of day is it to be taken?
The flax softgels that I'm taking have alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid.  Is that good enough for the conjugated linoleic acid?  Because I couldn't find just conjugated linoleic acid.  Is there a difference health benefits?

What is kefir?  In my nursing class, I was taught avacados had the bad fat and cholesterol, so, how are they beneficial?  Does all the food have to be organic?  That is quite expensive.

If you're going to take Milk Thistle, I'd try it in the morning - first thing with a glass of water.      I would take it while you're detoxifying.  If you get yourself to the weight that you want to be, then you can cycle off of it in my opinion.  Save the oils for the evening.  I suppose you can do some flax during phase I, but I would double up on it during Phase II - High Fat.  CLA is difficult to find in a good form.

Kefir is a type of liquid yogurt.  Don't believe everything you were taught in your nursing class.  Doctors don't know much at all about proper nutrition.  Choose organic as much as possible.

Avocados don't have bad fat and cholesterol only comes from animal sources. Whoever told you avocados have cholesterol was seriously misinformed or was pushing some sort of agenda. That's ridiculous. The best form of CLA comes from grass fed beef. Grain seems to do away with the CLA but when grass fed from start to finish, beef is an excellent source. I don't know about supplement sources.

Kefir is a wonderful thing. It's similar to yogurt. If you make your own, it can be made thicker if you culture it longer. The trouble with the commercial varieties is that it doesn't have the full range of bacteria that it should have. They add a few strains to culture it that give it the distinctive kefir flavor but skip the rest. Best to buy some kefir grains and make your own. I consume some almost every day.

Hey Charles, thanks for chiming in.  Sometimes in the busyness of my day, I don't have time to write as much as I'd like.  I agree completely with your words, by the way.  Another great, great source of CLA, but very hard to come by is raw dairy.
