I found the article in First to be very interesting...enough so I ordered the book. However, the First article seemed so much easier to follow. Sadly I tossed that magazine when the book arrived. Does anyone have the article they can scan and send to me?

Next I've seen the Jump start kit and all the other stuff. Before I would even think to order please tell me honestly how the supplement shake tastes.  If it is something to choke down I know I just won't do it.

Finally, can anyone post a weeks worth of daily eating so I can get some really good ideas. The book only gives a 1 day sample and it really is not enough to figure out how to vary things in and out correctly.

Thanks for any help,
Renee

Yes, the shakes are actually delicious ...especially the EstroX shake. I like to mix them with just a tiny bit of water so that it's like frosting consistency. The Warrior Meal Replacement shake taste best mixed 1:1 with Warrior Rice Powder (gives it a better consistency, I think). It's a real treat.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. I've read all this and with 4 busy children and 1 busy husband trying to really figure out meals is a challenge. I think I'll try and find the First Article and order the shakes.  This way there are different choices on how to put meals together quickly and easily.

Thanks again!

Don't use the first email I gave you. I wasn't thinking and put part of the wrong address in there.
Here is the correct one carolschoolshow at gmail dot com
