nothing till 6 pm, then i have like 3 plates of salad, a bag of vegatables, and eggs till im sick. i dont recommend this because i feel like crap everymorning. this is probably from too much protien and fiber and no energy food so i wake up hella bloated. or i could be from a screwed up digestive system from having an eating disorder and my skeletons posture is all deformed from calcium deficency. im 5'7 and 100lbs. this hardly ever changes no matter what i do or how much food i eat however, i do look different everday. sometimes my face looks real bright and good looking and others my eyes with be sunken in my head and my face will be real puffy and ugly. somedays ill be fat/bloated and others ill be toned. my ribs are always showing.

maine,

All your posts on here indicate that you are having serious health problems. On top of that, you are following your own version of a diet that can neither be called the Warrior Diet or the Anti-Estrogenic diet, and is NOT recommended by Ori Hofmekler, the creator of these diets.

Please refrain from offering bad advice to others on this forum, as it will only add confusion to people serious about their diet (sorry, someone who puts 10 packets of artificial sweetners on their salads and drinks 2 liters of diet soda a day, as you mentioned in another post, is neither disciplined nor smart with their diet). You have repeatedly posted negative comments and attacks of Ori and his concepts, as well have been outright rude to other members. Quite frankly, maine, I'm tired of having to baby sit your postings (by editing out the curse words...some of which are directed at our information, or by just deleting your off-the-wall posts)...this is your last of many warnings.

Sorry, everyone, to have to make such a post, but we will not tolerate people coming into our house, so to speak, and not acting with an expected basic level of respect, courtesy and kindness to the owners and other guests.

We strive to keep this forum on track with Ori's diet philosophies and reserve the right to moderate it appropriately for the overall benefit of the community.

'nuff said.

Webmaster.

Hello and thank you for this post, webmaster. I am researching this plan after doing an online search for menstrual problems which led me to it. (anti-estrogen) I am really trying to carefully plan the start of this new way to eat for Jan. 1, 08. I did not want to set myself up for failure during the holidays, and wanted to give the plan a chance to work. January seemed like the logical place to start. While this forum is for general discussion, I am glad you have helped me to clarify these posts by your comments and feel confident that between you and other monitors I will not be led astray. I am very excited about finally being free of fat and lethargy, say nothing about the other physical problems that excess estrogen is most likely causing in my body. I have read the book, ordered some supplements and will continue to read through the website for info and recipies I know I can count on to support a new me.  Smiley
