what do you think of "biofeedback"?

i'm not 100% sure if biofeedback is the english word 'cause i'm not a native speaker but i hope you all know what i mean...
so, last weekend i had myself tested and my organs and overall energy levels seem to be in great health.
i was also interested in testing some food i eat, the result was that my body can't handle citrus fruits, bananas, tomatos, coffee, tea and chocolate very well :-( , it also said i should limit dairy products and kiwis (they were not really bad but also not that good). on the other hand, almonds, eggs, carrots, celery, radishes, bell peppers, apples, pineapples and even rice & whole grain bread seem to very good for me (i didn't have other vegetables & fruits at home so i'm sure there's much more). i think it's interesting that besides the pineapple most of the things that are good for me seem to grow in my country (middle europe).
another intersting thing is that the test said my body can handle certain types of alcohol pretty well (of course in small amounts) but absolutely can't handle beer, which is no problem for me 'cause i drink very seldom.
before i started the WD/AED i naturally avoided citrus fruit but because ori recommends them i started to eat lots of grapefruit and lemons but i know of course that he also said just because it's on his list of healthy food doesn't mean it's good for everyone.
my question is, do you think i can trust this? i mean, biofeedback seems quite new (at least to me) but i've heard some great success stories about it.
what do you think?
best wishes

I really couldn't comment, as I really am not all that familiar with biofeedback, but I have heard some good things about it. I suppose there's someone else here that may have something more constructive to say.

Bio feedback is the bodys voice, definitely isnt new. The cleaner you are the more sensitive you are to responses and changes.
When I read the Warrior diet I saw that this is an objective to what Ori is putting across as you become acutely aware and instinctively know when and what to over/ undereat each day etc..
Now can you trust it? Absolutely as long as you test with a neutral mindset, can occur that one overrides an answer due to a fast held idea, but again if your system is cleaner then you'll get feed back stronger and in varied ways.
You seem to be filtering through the foods well, for example with me I cant go great off much meat and if I eat it it's only certain fish, little chook, some game meats in tiny amounts, just cant do a big T-bone etc (well I could, just aint best idea), when it comes to the spinach silverbeet family I cannot do more than 1 raw serve every 3+ days and very little. Thats my gene inheritance etc.
Listening to your inner self is the path to true health well being.

Dean, thank you so much for your response! i avoid all the "bad" foods and it seems my digestion is better, overall feeling is the same. still miss my coffee and i never felt coffee in moderation is that bad for me, though i must say without chocolate, dairy, coffee,... i fell "cleaner".

Why did you stop drinking coffee? You certainly can drink it if you want.

rick,
i stopped it because that test said it wasn't very good for my body but honestly, i never had any bad effects fom drinking coffee, it even seemed to me that it had some good effects in training and helping me through the undereating phase. so, yesterday i saw a very nice organic fair trade coffee and bought it, couldn't hold back. actually, i'm drinking a cup right now and i'm still alive :-)

dont waste money on organic food. my friends dad works for a packaging company that delivers food.. lets just leave it at that, dont waste your money. also is one day of eating a bunch of junk, diet soda, pies (sugar free), coffe with lots of equal, turkey, ham sweet potatoes, etc. going to affect me in any bad ways. would i just fast until night the next day and still overeat and be alright?

@ moderator & webmaster: what about an ignore function for certain, annoying members?

ChenZen,
I'll do you one better: maine is now banned from this forum. I was hoping that it wouldn't have to come to this (I've warned him/her repeatedly already both privately and publically), but there's already been *way* too much wasted energy dealing with this person. I've had enough and it sounds like others have as well. Now let's get back to helping each other in a positive way.

Yeah, it's a pity to have to ban people, but honestly sometimes it's hard to tell if someone is being sincere or just half nuts. At any rate, after awhile you just burn out from all the editing of posts and reprimands.
