Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to check...I think my menu for Phase I is OK, but I would like to make sure Im not missing anything or having too much.  It is:

Breakfast:
Coffee with organic cream and small amount of stevia
Orange or Apple
Supplements (2 CLA, 2 FLaxseed, 2 Milk Thisle, 2 Acidophilus, Multi)

Mid Morning:
4 oz Kefir or Organic Yogurt with Berries

Lunch:
Salad with lettuce, cabbage, tomato, egg, feta cheese, balsamic vinegarette

Mid Afternoon:
Protein Shake with Whey Protein powder, berries, Organic Yogurt

Dinner:
Fish, brown rice with beans and homemade guacamole

I think that is OK, but I want to make sure I am not mixing too many things together.  Thank you for the help!

Sounds pretty good.  Try it and see how it works for you.  You might want to try the CLA at night instead of the morning.
