Smiley  Today is my first official day on the AED. I got up late and make a run to the store for a blender because my was on the brink. So I am just now (1pm) drinking my morning EstroX shake with the Detox Kit and Estrox caps mixed in the shake. The Detox pills made the shake taste awful so I added some frozen rasberries to it. Now it is bearable. Yesterday morning I tried the shake with just the EstroX caps and it didn't taste bad at all. Lastnight I went shopping and bought some fish for tonight and tomorrow night, organic broc, organic yogert, organic strawberries and rasberries, organic fertile eggs, organic gracamole, avacado's and a bunch of canned organic black beans, pinto beans and garbanzo beans.

Will this menu be okay for my first week? I didn't buy any rice because on sample menu that was posted it said to accelerate detox and maximize fat burning, skip the grains.

Also since everyone responds to the detox differently, when will I be able to tell that I have taken the detox pills long enough? I can already tell that this will be the hardest thing about this change for me. Having your body feel weird after you take the pills seems to be normal from what I have read on here correct?

Does anyone else have any suggestions for me? I am really looking forward to sticking to this way of life. At this point I feel like my whole body is breaking down. I always feel sick, aches and pains everywhere. I'm sick and tired on it and I want to be healthy again. I would like to lose around 50lbs and be able to excersize without feeling like I'm going to die of a heart attack from just walking 30 on a treadmill. I also love the idea of all the illness this would help prevent. I come from a very unhealthful family with heart conditions, diabetes and cancer and I'm afraid I'm on the road to distruction as well but I plan on changing that starting today!

Thank you for listening to my spill. I'm off to clean out the fridge and cupboards and make way for the new me.   Grin

Merijewel, it sounds like you have the right attitude to do very well on this diet, and I wish you the best. Looking at it as a lifestyle change is the certainly the right way and it sounds like you have a lot of motivation. Stay positive and keep us posted on your progress.
