This is an embarrassing topic but I have a problem with hair on my chin, neck, sideburn area and upper lip. Will this way of eating aid in this problem or make it worse? I was talking to a co-worker today about AED and she brought this up to me and now I'm curious as to how this will affect this problem I have.

Thank you,
Meri

The diet will not change that situation, but a little wax would work!

Meri, I cannot say one way or another if the diet will affect your facial hair.  Much of that could be due to genetics.  I seriously doubt it will make it any worse, but suspect that you might find that it gets better.

Have you spoken with your doctor?  I had elevated liver enzymes a year ago, and I remember that they tested my blood for something that they said wasn't likely because it causes hair growth also.  I can't remember what it was, but I know it also affected the liver.  May be worth asking about.

Since I've been told that I'm premenopausal (nice..I'm not even 40 and so want another child!), I just chalk the extra hair growth up to that.
