overeating and body composition

I understand that i ask many questions, but i only do so, because i am such a propent of the warrior diet concept, as well as those put forth in the AED book. I love acquiring new information in relation to undereating, overeating, and so forth. Hence, the reason for thos post.
When i overeat in the evening, after having gone through undereating during the daily hours, i ONLY consume clean food, that is, food from the bottom of the food chain, but lots of it. i was wondering if Ori has conducted any studies with clients to observe the effects that different main meal food combinations have on body composition. I know, for instance, that Dr.Mark Mattson has research findings in relation to humans suggesting that it truly isn't so much a matter of what people eat, but when they eat it. In other words, if a person ate junk food during the day, this could lead to health problems, but on the other hand, if this same person limited their consumption of (junk) food to the evening hours, then they would most likely not experience any health ramifications. Can this really be true, though? Can a person, who abstains from food during the day, really eat their fill of sugary food in the evening after having consumed some clean food, as suggested in both the WD and AED books?

Peter, as usual, you have some great questions. Let me just say that Warrior Diet worked for me, in spite of the fact that I ate a pint of Ben & Jerry's every night with a glass of milk before going to bed. In spite of this fact, I still dropped 20 lbs and became as lean as I've ever been. That being said though, I believe that healthwise, I would have been much better off if I had abstained from eating the ice cream or any other processed foods. But, I also believe that I was better off eating these types of foods in the evening after a day of undereating, instead of interspersing them throughout my whole day. This is mainly due to the detoxification effect that undereating plays on the body. So, I do agree with the fact that WHEN you eat does play an important role on the overall health of the body, again, due to the detoxification process. WHAT you eat is also important, obviously, but junk food is not as harmful to the body if you're consistently allowing the body to detox on a daily basis.
