Just clarifyin' but when I say that breakfast is fruit juice, grapefruit, orange and apple, that is I make a fresh juice from grapefruit, orange and apple.  I don't have all that fruit on top of the juice!  I maybe just eat 1 piece of fruit, 2 at most during the day, apart from the smoothie at lunch time.  My job is very demanding, and I train a lot as well as I'm doing 1 contact sport and 1 extreme sport, plus gym work to support my training.  I didn't think what I ate during the day was a lot.  And I certainly eat a cow after training at night!

Hey,

yesterday I had:

7:00 - fresh grapefruit
8:00- cheese 2 egg omlette
11:00 - 2 apples with peanut butter
1:00-hot tea
6:00 -bown of 2 cups black beans & 2 cups brown rice
8:00 - hot tea

Today:
7:00 - coffee
8:00 - cheese 2 egg omlette
10:00 - banana
12:00- 1  total cup rasberrys and blue berrys mixed
2:00 - 1 apple with peanut butter
6:00 - 1 cup of black beans & 1 cup of brown rice
1 broccolli floweret steamed with butter
         2 plain pork ribs
8:00 - tea

Is this too much fruit?  Do you have to eat everything listed on the night menu?

Yesterday, I lost 2 pounds.

tomorrow I plan on:
7:00 grapefruit
8:00 chesse 2 egg omlette
10:00 1 cup rasberries & blackberries
12:00 - salad with onions, feta cheese, and o&v
2:00 - tea
6:00 - steak & salad & broccolli
8:00 tea

Do yo think this will work?  I am soooo afraid that this will be another diet disappointment.  I don't think that would be good.

Lighten up on the cheese, eggs and peanut butter during the day.  Keep it light.
