...the teacher will come.  Tried the diet a couple of years ago and, for some reason, just couldn't stick with it.  But now I am "rollin'".  Have dropped a couple of pounds, feel great and looking forward to tomorrow.  I think some women may be put off by the title but, hey, who cares.  I can be a warrior, too!  My biggest hurdle is giving myself permission to eat something if I get super hungry.  The interesting part is that when the evening comes and it is time to eat, I still stay sensible and reasonable.  Just wanted to fill in the empty section for women's success.  I will be checking back often and would like to see more activity.  Tell all your friends.

Bev, thanks for your post!  Glad to hear that you're having success with Warrior Diet.  You may want to also check out The Anti-Estrogenic Diet.  It takes things to a different level, but definitely addresses issues that women have - of course it also addresses men's health issues as well.  Since estrogen is a female hormone, we find that the diet has a great appeal for women.  Quite frankly, it uses Warrior Diet principles and then goes further to specifically target the proper processing and cleaning up of estrogenic chemicals that we ingest through food, water and the environment.  At any rate, keep up the good work and keep informing us of your successes with Warrior Diet.

Just a quick follow-up.  Ate a bunch of junk Friday night - a homecoming celebration for 2 family members.  Felt a little sluggish the next day but got back on plan.  Had a birthday/Father's Day celebration all day Sunday and "lost my mind" and ate sweets and tons of unhealthy food.  Woke up Monday feeling as if I had tied one on.  Headache, sick stomach ...all the feelings of a hangover.  But the reason I am writing is because I noticed that at the same time I felt really crappy, all of my aches and pains came back.  I will be 61 on Friday and I thought those aches and pains were part of being 61.  NOT!  I didn't even notice how "gone" they were until they came back.  I also noticed that I felt sad, depressed and as if everything was slightly out of my control.  As I began the undereating phase I started feeling better and better and today I am back in control!  There are many components to Ori's plan and, so far, I like them all.  I don't believe that it is just the self-righteous feeling of controlling hunger, either.  I am pretty sure it is truly a physical manifestion of keeping it "clean" for so many hours.

Bev - what you've experienced is the true "hook" of the diet.  When you cleanse your body on a daily basis and then regress to old eating habits, you quickly discover the magic in Warrior Diet/The Anti-Estrogenic Diet.  For me, I think that's why it really is so easy to follow.  I feel so crappy when I'm off the diet that following it becomes second nature.  Nobody wants to feel lethargic, bloated, depressed and allergic on a regular basis.  Being on this diet is fantastic for me.  And, I've heard the same thing from everybody that I talk to that follows Warrior Diet.  Glad to hear things are working so well for you.  And don't beat yourself up for having days of not following the diet.  As you've already discovered, they quickly remind you of how good and healthy you do feel when sticking to it.
