Hello all I am on the warrior diet and I am extremely aware since that I am 15 years old that I must increase my protein intake, and I have done so according to my needs, though the problem is, what kind of protein foods should I eat during the undereating phase that will not active my Para-Sympathetic-Nervous system? I have tried dairy products but I think that will not work out, any light-medium protein foods? I'm not sure though, should I try some colustrum? since it's cheap.. I have been eating sea vegtables such as algaes called spirulina and chlorella for detox.

I am weighing on average around 122 pounds and my body fat percentage is around %19-%21 usually, I am taking EstroX 3 capsules daily instead of 6 as would be recommended for a full grown adult and I have been feeling o.k. I went to the doctor to see if I have been growing and I have, about half an inch or so, and my weight is starting to raise which is a good sign. But any recommendations would be appreciated as I prefer to eat this way but it may need some adjustments since I am young.

whey protien(prerebly DN warrior whey, or a whey protein without carbs, sugar or fake sugar added)
yogurt- fat free, organic, plain (no added sugar or fake sugar) try chobani or fage yogurts

i would have whey protein in the morning followed by friuts and vegetables evenly spaced out through the day. and incorperate yogurt in the afternoon. you can eat a handful or two of raw nuts or seeds in the late afternoon but stick to only one kind at a time, no trail mix.

should help you out even tho at your age you can prob get away with overeating all the time ha ha. venture off the diet atleast once a week to be a 15 year old kid not an orthorexic(an unhealthy obsession with being healthy) crazy person like some of us.
