i've been taking 3 warrior whey protein shakes (with organic milk) in addition to drinking the gallon of water and raw hypoglycemic fruits and vegetables during the undereating portion of the day is this the right way to go about it?? someone please tell me

Well, I guess that is certainly a balanced diet that you have got there. One thing that I would like to add here is that whey protein is arguably the best protein sources in the world. The reason for that is because of the abundance of both EAA and NEAA. Anyway, make sure that you do not consume more than 50 grams of protein at a time a the body wont absorb the rest. The best bet for you is to consume the whey protein shakes during the morning, before and after the exercise!

Which type of fruit would that be? Berries, Pears? And you drink a gallon of water a day!??! Good god! That's a lot lol.

Warrior Whey is recommended during the day for an active individual. Are you exercising during the day or morning? Are you physically active?
