Hi every one,
I'm a little bit new in Warrior diet, I've just started it since previous week.
In the book, it has been mentioned that (for overeating):

1.start with veggies
2. continue with protein, cooked veggies and ...
3. continue with carb ...
4 eat until you satisfied.

Let i ask this way, what's happen if this sequence be a little bit changed ? for example, what's happen if we do as follow:

1.start with veggies
2. continue with protein, cooked veggies and ...
3. continue with carb ... ( and meanwhile we consume some protein and veggies )
4 eat until you satisfied.

Is it have negative effect? bringing extra fat?

and i also have another question about the bread (which made from wheat or oat)
when is the best time to consume it? is it possible to consume it with protein in the second place at the given sequence??

Please help me.
I appreciate it in advanced.

You should consider it a general rule, not necessarily a hard-fast rule, although sticking to it is beneficial. I doubt you'll gain noticable weight by not eating the foods in the order Ori specifies (although it may cause you some digestive upset). The main reasons he has you eat veggies first, is so you eat your veggies... and because it is easier for your system to digest relative to animal fats and proteins. I believe he mentions in the book that it is OK to eat veggies, proteins, and grains together if it does not give you digestive problems... although eatings grains with animal proteins give me issues... although every person is unique.
