Could someone please help me out i fast during the day drinking water and raw fruits and vegetable juice but im having a hard time finding the exact fruits and vegetables to use.  I believe I read correctly that they should be high alkaline correct??

Also during the undereating phase for us athletes ive read its ok to consume small recovery meals i.e. 10 - 30 g protein and 5 - 10 g carbs is this correct?

Pretty much any vegetable will be fine during the under eating phase. I'm a little foggy on the high alkaline vegetables but I believe it's dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, parsley, ect...

Most fruits will be good too, although you will want to avoid eating fruits with high sugar contents like watermelon and fruits with high fat content like avocados during the under eating phase. Avocados are good for the main meal and watermelon is a fine treat after your main meal.

Your body needs variety too, so it's best to try to change up the fruits/vegetables during the under eating phase. I need to practice adding different fruits and vegetables to my juices, all to often I get comfy with something and then I dont change it.

The recovery meal/shake is necessary if your burning significant calories, just make sure if your using a shake it's trustworthy in terms of processing/heavy metals. I don't have time to post the link but consumer reports did a study showing the toxic metals in name brand recovery shakes, muscle milk and abs tested the worst.
