And by the way, I don't understand why shouldn't I exceed my daily calorie needs, if Ori says that calories don't matter.
Help me please !

If calories didn't matter, you could stuff your face all day and not gain weight.
If calories didn't matter, you could stop eating entirely and live off the light of the sun.
If calories didn't matter, I am sure the food industry would not exist.
Calories matter. In the context of one meal a day, at night, consisting only of whole plant foods, it is almost impossible to take in drastically more calories than you need. I believe Ori meant, "Calories dont matter so much when your eating only the foods I recommend, in the order I recommend them in, in one main meal a day, at night." It is extremely hard to take in more than you need that way.
Nothing wrong with dairy in the meal, though it shouldn't be the main component.

I slightly disagree, Dano. Sometimes at night, on days when I have not exercised and I am not too hungry, I’ll have a very large spinach and lettuce salad, topped with herbs, bell peppers, fruits (berries, sliced peaches), an onion, avocado, celery, etc. . . . But also, I will have chunks of raw goat cheese or and maybe a glass of raw milk for a drink on the side.

To clarify:
I find I feel better when dairy is kept as sides. I too have eaten salads with cheese, topped eggs with cheese, had chicken Parmesan, etc. But the main point I was trying to get across is that its probably not ideal to eat a block of cheese and three glasses of milk your main meal Smiley
